Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund the full cost of the item minus the shipping cost or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Items cannot be returned nor exchanged after 14 days from the original purchase date

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging in order to receive a fund.  If items are not returned in such condition as stated prior, will result in a 25% and up off the refund amount depending on the return condition.

Once the item(s) that you are returning is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment with 7 to 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank and/or credit card company, it may take additional days (maybe up to 10 business days) after your credit is applied to post to your account.
